Why Sensory Play Matters

Sensory play is more than just fun, it's foundational. Through touch, smell, sound, and sight, young children learn how to process the world around them. Activities like scooping, pouring, and sorting help strengthen fine motor skills, build language and math foundations, and encourage creativity and focus. It's hands-on learning that supports growth in every area, while still feeling like play.

Made by A Mom. Backed by Experience. Loved by Kids.

I'm a mom of two, an Early Childhood Educator turned Education Assistant with nearly 2 decades of experience supporting children of all abilities. I created Sensory Kidz out of the Pandemic and with a passion for helping little ones grow through open ended play, creativity and sensory self-regulation. With my years of hands-on experience in classrooms and at home, I know how powerful the right tools can be in supporting development. I'm excited to share them with you!
