We strive to create quality, hands on sensory products for you and your child's needs. Due to the nature of our hands on tactile products and the world pandemic happening at the moment, no returns/exchanges will be issued. Please read following for the following exceptions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged due to shipping so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our products.
Refunds Due To Shipping Damage
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damages, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
